By clicking the Agreement Box, the Requesting Party hereby agrees that (i) NABDA shall have the perpetual, irrevocable and unconditional non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable rights to the data being transferred under this request for data; (ii) that NABDA shall be so acknowledged in any publication where this data is used; and (iii) that the Requesting Party has read and accepts the Terms and Conditions (T&C) of the Subsisting NABDA Data Policy.
